Exterior work on The Tempo is nearly complete, so look forward to residents beginning to call this latest building home later this year. Meanwhile, residents of The Ella, The Trio, and The Reed are already enjoying the rejuvenation, the excitement, and the promise of our growing corner of Downtown Tampa!

New residents have brought a soul and a life to ENCORE® at The Ella and The Trio, and now, The Reed, which is fully occupied by seniors now calling downtown Tampa home.
And with that in mind, we turn our attention to The Tempo, the fourth apartment building that will soon be home to new residents who will bring even more vitality and energy to our corner of the Bay.
