Now that hopefully all the wet weather that deluged Tampa Bay is behind us, let’s shine some light on the latest aerial photos captured at ENCORE!®, showing continued construction progress at Downtown Tampa’s Tempo District.

Residents of The Ella and The Trio continue to help us transform our corner of downtown, while Tampa seniors are beginning to settle into their new apartment homes at The Reed.
