Tampa, we hope April has been treating you well so far! It’s a little cloudy out this afternoon, and the weather radar shows a line of thunderstorms coming in off the Gulf, but you know what they say about April showers and May flowers, right?

Welcome to March, everyone! A new month has brought us the latest series of aerial photos of ENCORE!®, Downtown Tampa’s Tempo District. Tampa senior residents have begun to call The Reed at ENCORE! home. And construction at The Tempo at ENCORE!, which will be home to ENCORE!’s latest residents this time next year, plods right along, as well. One month into the new year and we have continued progress to share with you in these aerial photos of ENCORE!® taken February 3rd. In photo 3, you’ll see The Tempo at ENCORE! apartments beginning to rise from the ground. We expect to welcome our first residents at The Tempo early next year. Meanwhile, new residents have recently begun calling The Reed at ENCORE! senior apartments home. A new year brings a new month, which itself brings the newest aerial photos in our monthly series that capture the latest in our ongoing evolution at ENCORE!®.
