How was everyone’s Halloween? Not too much candy hopefully! Around here at ENCORE!®, we’re full of treats, no tricks, and that includes some exciting news to share with you this month. Read on!
We are welcoming November with the latest in our series of monthly aerial photos that depicts the progress we’ve been making at Downtown Tampa’s Tempo District. (Click any photo for a larger view.) Finishing touches at The Reed at ENCORE! are well underway, and in fact, the building’s first residents will call our neighborhood home within the next few months. As we publish these photos, we’re also wrapping up a brand new website specifically for The Reed, which should be live by November’s end. We’ll announce its publication here on ENCORETampa.com, as well as on our Facebook page and on Twitter.
Now for even bigger news … Notice the dirt square between The Ella and The Trio? Site work is underway for our newest apartment building, The Tempo at ENCORE! Look for construction to continue throughout 2015, while we expect residents to begin moving in in early 2016. We couldn’t be more excited to share this news with you as ENCORE! continues to march forward in its transformation of our corner of Downtown Tampa!
