Don’t we all like to believe that not only does September bring the beginning of a new school year, but that it also heralds the return of autumn? Of course, in Florida we know that it really means only slightly cooler temperatures or slightly less humidity than August. In fact, it’s currently 84°. But, that doesn’t mean there isn’t a season of changes unfolding at ENCORE!®, Downtown Tampa’s Tempo District.
Here, we are proud to unveil the latest aerial photographs in our series of images that have been documenting the evolution at ENCORE! Taken on September 2nd, you’ll notice resident cars beginning to populate the integrated parking garage at The Trio at ENCORE!, while The Reed at ENCORE! has fully topped out and works continues on the exterior of the building and on the apartment homes inside. Click any photo for a larger view. Our anticipation is that The Reed will open to Tampa seniors in late 2014/early 2015. We’ll keep you posted, of course, on progress as we get closer.
