Hello to all of you who so loyally follow the latest here at ENCORE!®, Downtown Tampa’s Tempo District!
September has come and gone (where is 2014 going?!), which means we have new October 1st aerials to share with you that show ongoing progress at the ENCORE! site. Construction on The Reed at ENCORE! continues full steam ahead. As we pointed out in September, the builder teams are wrapping up on the exterior of the building and on the apartment homes inside. We expect the building’s first residents to call our community home come late 2014/early 2015. Click any photo for a larger view.
