Another month past, and we have continued progress to share with you in these aerial photos of ENCORE!® taken May 1st. The Trio at ENCORE! apartments looks just about complete as it’s ready to welcome its first residents over the coming weeks. And The Reed at ENCORE! senior apartments appears this close to topping out! Residents in any one of our downtown Tampa rental buildings will have super-easy access to the Channel District and Channelside, which you see just beyond ENCORE! in the first photo. Or, they’ll be just blocks away from downtown Tampa’s many amenities, including the Tampa Convention Center, the Straz Center for the Performing Arts, and the Tampa Bay Times Forum.
