Now that hopefully all the wet weather that deluged Tampa Bay is behind us, let’s shine some light on the latest aerial photos captured at ENCORE!®, showing continued construction progress at Downtown Tampa’s Tempo District.
The photos below (click for a larger view) were taken on Tuesday, August 4th. Residents of The Ella and The Trio continue to help us transform our corner of downtown, while Tampa seniors are beginning to settle into their new apartment homes at The Reed. And construction continues at The Tempo, which we expect to open in 2016. Of course, we’ll keep you posted on progress as we get closer.
