One month into the new year and we have continued progress to share with you in these aerial photos of ENCORE!® taken February 3rd. In photo 3, you’ll see The Tempo at ENCORE! apartments beginning to rise from the ground. We expect to welcome our first residents at The Tempo early next year. Meanwhile, new residents have recently begun calling The Reed at ENCORE! senior apartments home. Residents in any one of our downtown Tampa rental buildings have super-easy access to the Channel District and Channelside, which you see just beyond ENCORE! in the third photo. Or, they’ll be just blocks away from downtown Tampa’s many amenities, including the Tampa Convention Center, the Straz Center for the Performing Arts, and the Tampa Bay Times Forum.
