Hello to all of you who so loyally follow the latest here at ENCORE!®, Downtown Tampa’s Tempo District!

September has come and gone (where is 2014 going?!), which means we have new October 1st aerials to share with you that show ongoing progress at the ENCORE! site. Construction on The Reed at ENCORE! continues full steam ahead. As we pointed out in September, the builder teams are wrapping up on the exterior of the building and on the apartment homes inside. We expect the building’s first residents to call our community home come late 2014/early 2015. Read more

Don’t we all like to believe that not only does September bring the beginning of a new school year, but that it also heralds the return of autumn? Of course, in Florida we know that it really means only slightly cooler temperatures or slightly less humidity than August. In fact, it’s currently 84°. But, that doesn’t mean there isn’t a season of changes unfolding at ENCORE!®, Downtown Tampa’s Tempo District.

It’s 94° and mostly cloudy in Tampa this afternoon as I type this, but we’ve got a sunny disposition in showing you the latest aerial photos captured at ENCORE!®, showing continued construction process at Downtown Tampa’s Tempo District.

These photos below (click for a larger view) were taken on August 1st. New residents are settling in at all-new The Trio at ENCORE!, and construction continues at The Reed at ENCORE! Currently, we expect The Reed to open to Tampa seniors in late 2014/early 2015—we’ll keep you posted on progress as we get closer… Read more
