Groundbreaking at The Tempo at ENCORE! Apartments
On Thursday, February 13th, ground was broken at The Tempo, the fourth apartment building to soon welcome residents home to Tampa’s ENCORE!® mixed-use district. Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn was on hand to deliver remarks, as well as development partners from Banc of America Community Development Company and Tampa Housing Authority. Joining them were former residents of the Central Avenue corridor and new residents and community stakeholders, composing what has become Downtown Tampa’s largest re-imagined neighborhood.
